  • Q. I have recently become lactoovovegetarian. I've been enjoying LEAN CUISINE® Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli and Cheese Sauce today for lunch. I use your products at least three times a week. Can you tell me which other meals are meatless?
    A.Here are some more meatless products, Angel Hair Pasta, Cheese Cannelloni, Cheese Lasagna Casserole, Cheese Pizza, Cheese Ravioli, Classic Five Cheese Lasagna, Fettucini Alfredo, Macaroni&Cheese, Penne Pasta,Three Bean Chili, Vegetable Eggroll, Vegetable Lasagna and Three Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni.
  • Q. Looking for LEAN CUISINE® products which might be Gluten free. Is there a list of NESTLE® products which are Gluten free?
    A.Unfortunately, we cannot provide a list of NESTLE® products that are gluten free. Most of our products contain gluten or a derivative of gluten.
  • Q. I like the new whole grain dinners alot, but have no microwave. Can I use a toaster oven or can they be packaged so that can be used in toaster oven. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks alot , Mehva
    A.The Spa Cuisine entrees can be heated in a conventional oven. Here are the instructions: For food safety and quality, follow these COOKING instructions Preheat oven to 350°F. Do not exceed 350°F. Since ovens vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting. Remove tray from outer carton. Cut film cover to vent. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven.Cook 30 - 32 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet 1 - 2 minutes. Carefully remove cover. Do not prepare in toaster oven. A reheated plastic tray can warp or melt... reheating of tray is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use.
  • Q. My Lean Cuisine assessment suggested that I should eat more fruits and vegetables and less carbohydrates. Which Lean Cuisine products would be best for me?
    A.You can search for those products high in vegetable servings by going to the Lean Cuisine homepage and click on Products then Product Search then Browse by Nutrition and scroll down to high to vegetable servings and hit go.
  • Q. Where are the ADA diet exchanges on the LEAN CUISINE® packages?
    A.To simplify the LEAN CUISINE® positive nutrition message, LEAN CUISINE® updated their packages by removing the diet exchanges and adding the food guide pyramid. The diet exchanges are not frequently taught or used as a tool to control diabetes as they were originally designed many years ago. But, the diet exchanges and Weight Watchers points are available on the LEAN CUISINE® website at www.leancuisine.com.
