Answer: The lunch bags are 7.25” wide at the bottom, 14.25” wide at the top, and 8” deep. The handles are 6” in length.
Answer: This year we added a few inches to the bags to accommodate all LEAN CUISINE® entrées (including CASUAL EATING™ items) and additional lunch items you may be carrying. We've also extended the handle length for easy shoulder carrying!
Answer: There is a limit of 10 per each design.
Answer: The lunch bags are shipped in the sequence they were ordered. Most bags take 8-10 weeks to be shipped from the time the order was placed.

Answer: Orders are not charged until merchandise is shipped. Please note, your credit card will be authorized upon purchase and you may see a pending order on your online statement for 7-10 days after your order has been placed. Your credit card is not charged until your merchandised has been shipped. In some cases, you'll see the pending order removed from your online statement and no charges on your statement. This means the order has not been shipped and your credit card has not been charged. You will receive the bags 8-10 weeks from the time the order was placed and your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. Answer: If you received an email about your order not being processed it is because we were unable to process your credit card, either because there was a problem with the account information or your bank did not authorize the transaction.
