Question: What are the dimensions of the lunch bags?
Answer: The lunch bags are 7.25” wide at the bottom, 14.25” wide at the top, and 8” deep. The handles are 6” in length.

Question: Why are the lunch bags bigger this year?
Answer: This year we added a few inches to the bags to accommodate all LEAN CUISINE^® entrées (including CASUAL EATING™ items) and additional lunch items you may be carrying. We've also extended the handle length for easy shoulder carrying!

Question: How many bags can I order?
Answer: There is a limit of 10 per each design.

Question: When can I expect to receive my ordered lunch bag(s)?
Answer: The lunch bags are shipped in the sequence they were ordered. Most bags take 8-10 weeks to be shipped from the time the order was placed.

Question: Can I get "rush" shipping?
Answer: All orders will be standard shipping.

Question: When will I know my order has been shipped?
Answer: You’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Question: When will my credit card be charged for the bag(s) I ordered?
Answer: Orders are not charged until merchandise is shipped. Please note, your credit card will be authorized upon purchase and you may see a pending order on your online statement for 7-10 days after your order has been placed. Your credit card is not charged until your merchandised has been shipped. In some cases, you'll see the pending order removed from your online statement and no charges on your statement. This means the order has not been shipped and your credit card has not been charged. You will receive the bags 8-10 weeks from the time the order was placed and your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. Question: Why did I receive an email about my order not being processed?
Answer: If you received an email about your order not being processed it is because we were unable to process your credit card, either because there was a problem with the account information or your bank did not authorize the transaction. Please call our customer service at 1-888-349-2307 or contact your financial institution.

Question: What's the return policy?
Answer: We will accept returns within 30 days of the date we shipped your bag. You will receive an email confirmation on the day your bag has been shipped. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact our customer service center at 1-888-349-2307.
