PREHEAT broiler.
PLACE eggplant and bell pepper on rack on broiler pan. Broil, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until skins blister. Place in paper bag. Close; let stand until cool. Remove skins. Finely chop eggplant. Remove seeds and veins from pepper; finely chop.
COMBINE eggplant, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, vinegar and lemon pepper in medium bowl.
PREHEAT large, nonstick skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Cook steaks, turning once, for 9 to 11 minutes for rare to medium.
CUT steaks into thin slices. Spoon eggplant relish over steak slices.
