Banana Breakfast Shake

This shake is a great mobile breakfast when you're in a hurry. Also good poured over a bowl of cereal.

ingredients
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 medium banana peeled, sliced and frozen
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

instructions
PLACE milk, ice, banana and vanilla extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.

review: For those of you who want a sweeter or even just a different flavor, I would add just a little bit of honey. It makes this shake a little more delicous, and only adds about 20 calories (if you use sparingly). Enjoy!
