Banana Breakfast Shake |

| This shake is a great mobile breakfast when you're in a hurry. Also good poured over a bowl of cereal. |
ingredients |

| 1 |
cup fat free milk |
|
|
| 1 |
cup ice cubes |
|
|
| 1 |
medium banana peeled, sliced and frozen |
|
|
| 1/2 |
teaspoon vanilla extract |
|
|
|
|
|
instructions |
PLACE milk, ice, banana and vanilla extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.

| review: For those of you who want a sweeter or even just a different flavor, I would add just a little bit of honey. It makes this shake a little more delicous, and only adds about 20 calories (if you use sparingly). Enjoy! |
