Best Bagel Alaska Salmon Spread |

| Makes an excellent party dip, too! Just serve with crackers, French bread or vegetable sticks. |
ingredients |

| 2 |
packages (8 oz. each) light cream cheese softened |
|

| 1/4 |
cup sliced green onions |
|
|
| 3 |
tablespoons lemon juice |
|
|
| 2 |
teaspoons milk |
|
|
| 2 |
teaspoons crushed red pepper |
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon natural hickory liquid smoke |
|
|
| 2 |
cans (6 oz. each) Alaska salmon drained |

instructions |
BEAT cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, milk, crushed red pepper and hickory smoke in medium bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in salmon. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to blend.
SPREAD on toasted bagels, bagel chips, French bread slices, crackers, pumpernickel or rye bread.
