I come from a skinny line of ladies and have always taken my weight for granted. After having 2 children, I reached 166 pounds with a 29 BMI. My child was over a year old, so I could no longer blame it on "baby weight". I realized I was overweight when I went shopping for a bathing suit for my best friends wedding in Hawaii. The only thing that looked half way presentable was a black one piece with a "granny style" skirt attached. When I got all of the wedding pictures back and saw the video I realized I was very, very heavy, and made it my goal to get back down to my pre pregnancy size. During the beginning of my transformation, I went through a divorce, took on a new job change and cross country move... all while being a single mother of 2 small children. At times the stress was hard and I could have easily resorted to food for comfort, but my will was strong and I didn’t. Each day I ate LEAN CUISINE® and drank water while working out in the gym. Now a year later, I am loving life, and have a new perspective, as well as a great new body! I am now about 120 pounds, and BMI is down to 19!!!
