After I had my daughter, I continued to eat as if I were still pregnant. When I reached 181 lbs. I decided I was tired of not being able to wear my clothes and REFUSED to go up another size. I started eating Lower Sugar Oatmeal for Breakfast and a Lean Cuisine for Lunch and Dinner. I started in August 2006 and by February 2007, I had lost 50 lbs and am now at 130 lbs.
