I had been avoiding my scale for quite some time because I knew my weight had been getting pretty bad as it was getting harder and harder to buy clothes that would fit. Eventually I got up the courage to get on the scale. In Juy of 2007 my scale confirmed what I had feared most, I weighed in at over 300 pounds, 309 pounds to be exact!!! I have even come up with items to add to the meals for something different once in a while. One of the meals I make I put the Santa Fe Style Rice and Beans on field greens and add fresh salsa to the top for the dressing, it's very delicious!! To date I have lost a total of 94 pounds and still have quite a little way to go, but I know I wil
