Favorite Lean Cuisine Varieties:
I was looking at old pictures of myself and realized that i had put on a few pounds in the past year. In high school when i was 15 was 115 lbs, and my weight at 21 now was 135. I had put on 20lbs!!! So I got determined to lose some weight. I started working out in May 2008 by going to hot yoga which is yoga in 115 degrees room. I was going religiously 2-3 times a week, but I was unsuccessful in shedding hardly any pounds, I lost a total of probably about 5 pounds from so i was down to 130. in late summer I decided that I needed to do something with better results so my mom started buying me lean cuisines. I started replacing just one meal a day and in 1 month I lost another 5 lbs, so i was then 125 lbs. I saw how great this was working so in late Sept I took it a step further and started replacing 2 meals, and sure enough by the beginning of Oct I lost another 5 lbs! I kept on this "diet" of eating 2 lean cuisines a day and by Halloween i was I got down to 115 lbs. I feel amazing and i am in the best shape of my life since high school and I never get bored with all the meal choices! Thanks Lean Cuisine for making this dream a reality!!
