Dear Lean Cuisine,
First of all, thank you so much for the opportunity to possibly put my success story on your website to help motivate others! Other than losing weight for myself, I wanted to be an example to those around me and let them know that it can be done.
I started my “diet” (I hate that word, so we’ll call it a change in my eating lifestyle) January 1, 2007. I joined Weight Watchers Online doing the Flex program (counting points), which I absolutely loved! Being able to just tell yourself, ok, you have X amount of points today and you’ve already used this many, so you have this many left…how much easier can you get? Or so I thought! Then I found that Lean Cuisine had the point’s right on the box! Wow! To me, that gives someone no excuse not to go this route for weight loss. I was able to grab my meal and go and not worry about looking it up in the books or online to find out how many points it had. And flavor! It’s so rare to find a healthy option as a meal that actually tastes good…but these taste great! My absolute favorite is the Garlic Chicken Pizza…yum! Well back to the weight loss. I lost a good bit of weight in the beginning, but by October 13 (my 26th birthday), I had lost 54 lbs! I was stoked! I felt good, I looked good and I was just happier about myself in general. What a wonderful feeling. I still have 30-40 lbs that I want to lose. I’m kick starting my weight loss again today (4/27/09) and hopefully in a few months I’ll be able to write you again so that you can see my FINAL results. I know that this would not have been possible without your great products!
