I started my weight loss journey at 245lbs. I slowly stated to lose weight and maintained a weight of 210lbs for about two years. On January 5, 2008 I changed my life. I decided I was not going to diet any more, but I was going to get healthy. I was going to make a lifestyle change so I would never again struggle and I would put a stop to the yo-yo dieting. I also made the decision that I was going to do it myself. I was not going to shell out hundreds of dollars for weight loss plans, personal trainers and gym memberships. I am an everyday woman. I am a mother, and a wife in a single income family and I could not afford to spend a ton of money on weight loss plan or gimmick. I bought a journal, researched online how many calories I should eat per day to lose weight...and off I went. Lean Cuisine has been my crutch in this journey. I keep a stockpile in my freezer so I always a have a healthy and delicious choice for lunch or dinner (or both). If I am exhausted at night I know I have a healthy option in the freezer and it helps keep me on track. Today I weight 150lbs and only have 15-20lbs more to go to reach my goal. I am proof that ANYONE can win the "battle of the bulge" with dedication, drive, confidence and the help of a low fat, low calorie great tasting meal like Lean Cuisine!
